We've been seeing a lot of former Mexican president Vicente Fox due to him coming after Donald Trump, But I'm curious of how the Mexican people feel about him. Was he a good president or at least considered a good president?

This man embodies many of the things wrong with Mexico, namely, that the country is ruled by a small, mostly White minority that has cut off social mobility for others and rule only with their own self interest in mind.
In Mexico, this small minority usually has either foreign last names or Spanish surnames that come from the nobility and not the typical Spanish/Mexican surnames.
Trump would do Mexico a bigger favor than Fox ever did by shredding NAFTA and letting the Mexicans develop their own economy.
Same fucker sold himself out to the Mexican Drug Cartels that ran his fucking nation and pay Mexican Taxes.
He's a criminal druglord, and a scam artist.
If North America is to succeed Mexico has to be straightened out strictly, and severely.
He was the first president from a different party in over 70 years (fun Game: guess which party is un power right now) so the expectations were huge, and even unreal. He was pretty meh, kept a nice economy but was a big political failure, which was "bad", apparently.
He was good, but he didn't make México first world so we hate him.

It's ironic since he was the closest thing we had to Trump, he was the populist candidate against the establishment that ruled the country for 70 years, and humiliated the opposing candidate calling him "manlet" and "sissy", giving him the middle finger etc. on national TV, much like how Trump wrecked Jeb.
Once he won, he turned into a disappointment compared to the HUGE hype he had, things barely changed and by the end of his term the narco violence started rising fast.

Mexico has a multi party system:
PRI was the only party that mattered for over 70 years.
PAN is a right leaning party
PRD is a left leaning one.
But honestly in mexico ideological alignment doesn't really matter since there's been cases when PAN & PRD have formed coalitions despite ideological differences just for the sake of trying to be competitive against PRI, I haven't seen stuff like that happen in America until republicans started saying they would support Clinton over Trump
There's also a bunch of other parties that don't matter much and only exist to enrich their leadership since if you have enough people to form a party you get automatic public funding.
