Black guy here. Hillary is mostly popular with blacks over 40. Basiclly blacks that were young adults during the Bill Clinton era. The 90s is considered a prosperous time for the black community so older blacks believe that a Hillary presidency will be a return to the "good old days". They also look at it as a back door way to get Bill back in the oval office. Sanders should have focus on young blacks under 40 who are in college or paying off student debts. Young Black Americans were kids/teenagers during the Bill era so they wouldn't have that prosperous experience since kids don't care about politics or the economy.
