The common black is a low information voter (read: uneducated idiots), so they don't know much about politics and follow politics, or indeed any intellectual activity. They just follow what their "leaders".

Black voters in this country have been lied to by white politicians constantly since reconstruction. They don't give a shit about what somebody says, they care about what they do. Bill Clinton gave black America a great economy and brought the black poverty level down to the lowest rate ever recorded. Many black voters were alive then and remember those times so they stay loyal to the Clinton family.

Most non-college educated black folks I know or have worked with pay little attention to politics outside of things they already know or are told by their pastors/community leaders.
