It's Cruz's home state, it shows a lot that he's only at 38%.
>>65853856
>implying texas will matter if he wins all other states
Nice meme
>>65853856
Texan here, nobody expected Trump to win this state.
>>65853856
I am in Houston and voted for Rubio. I have yet to meet a Trump supporter here. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump gets 3rd.
>>65853856
Texans never expected Trump to win but he will come in second

Texas is 60% beaner 35% white and 5% nigger.
Wasn't it the goal that Cruz just not hit 50%, at which point he'd take all the delegates for himself?
Trump seems to have achieved that handily enough.

okay.jpeg. Honestly it's pretty embarassing that Cruz is only winning by that much in his own home state. And let's not forget that these polls are of previous GOP primary voters, even though a shitload of independents, even some democrats, and shitloads of first time voters are going to be voting trump too.
I still think cruz will win, but not by much
>>65854314
Liberals on the boarders and in Houston/Austin/Dallas/San Antonio.
>>65854421
>>65854455
Thanks cuzs
Wow, Cruz's only win tonight, and he won't even crack the 50% threshold to prevent Trump from get a massive chunk of the state's delegates.

You're only further proving that Trump is dominating
Idiot
>>65854202
We've been planning for a Trump defeat in Texas for weeks.
Plus, if Cruz were to drop out now, the cucks would be able to rally entirely around Rubio
>Lubio is pink
wew lad
>>65853856
Cruz winning Texas is good for trump. He will crush the other states and cruz will be able to justify staying in the race with his Texas win. Rubio isn't going anywhere (he has become unbelievably deluded at this point, along with the rep establishment) and so the board remains the same.
If trump wins Texas cruz would face enormous pressure to bow out. He may be stubborn but if he conceded then there is a chance trump could find himself in a one on one dogfight with bubble boy.
ITT: cucked betas doing damage control

lol texas.... cruzs best chance.... not even double digits....
>>65854509
yes, in Texas, you must have over 50% to take all. otherwise, the delegates are split based on the percentage won.
>>65854314
Houston is literally Niggertopia, I've been there. Which is weird, because when my uncle worked there in the 80s it was nothing but blonde white people everywhere. Something went wrong in the 2000s.

Texans are retards
They still think Mexicans are naturally conservative
They act all high and mighty, then whine and do shit when Californians are moving in
>>65854202
This isn't damage control.
After tonight the most likely spread of all primaries to date is 13 states for Trump, 2 for Cruz and 0 for Rubio.
Tell me how the fuck that means Trump's on the ropes?
>>65854339
Only 8? I thought all but Texas
If Cruz loses Texas it's literally game over. Why are you surprised he leads his home state?

>>65853856
>>65854509
>>65855010
Wow, so will delegates be split between Trump and Cruz as no one else is above 20%?
>Cruz is going to barely eke out a win in his home state

yes
probably a 26//21 delegate split

Bruh, it's a politics board on an American website on one of the most important political events in the country.
This happens only once every 4 years, and serves as a hotbed for Trump memeing this time around. If you don't want to see Trump, avoid this board for fucks sake

[heh]
>>65853856
Wow! A candidate is winning his home state!!!! What a surprise!!!!!!!!!!!!
Texas is a win as long as Cruz is below 50% and Trump above 20%. Even better if Rubio drops below 20%.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN 'WINNER TAKE MOST' WITH REGARDS TO DELEGATES IN TEXAS?????
whats the distribution?? i need exact numbers
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/latest_polls/
>>65857347
Don't quote me on this, it's what I read
There are statewide delegates and then there are county delegates
If you win a country, you get their delegate
If you win over 50% of the state, you get all statewide delegates
If no one breaches 50%, the statewide delegates are proportionally divided over those that take over 20%(???)
Again, I'm not entirely sure on this
Texas is overrated. Oklahoma's less cucked than you spics and niggers south of us.
>>65853856

Dat Rubio spike
RCP graphs go against their own info, they show an average of the past 2 months at every given point (whenever it suits them). If you look at the poll results within the last month you can see Trump very close with and at some times tied with Cruz.
I don't think Trump will win Texas but it doesn't really matter
