Cement walls are no good. It's up north on the coast so it's all cyclone regions. But even with that taken into consideration they're just gonna trash the house because it's not what they want or know what to use. A 4 bedroom house with a a bathroom and kitchen means nothing when they just strip it bare and sleep on mattresses on the floor in the middle of the house around a fire on the floor.
