OP, sometimes people get "<1% something" because there's a lack of SNPs. Considering the fact that you're only 2% Iberian, I'm inclined to believe that you don't have a single drop of African blood whatsoever, it was rather a way for their analysis program to cover up a "bald spot" in your DNA that was too ambiguous to be identified properly.

I'm pretty sure you're 100% European. With that being said, remember that it says NORTH African. It means that even if you did have "African" blood, it would be identical to that of Berbers or old Carthaginians. If you're not familiar with them, they were basically white. This whole mixing in the Maghreb is a recent phenomenon. It's quite possible that it's simply Neolithic farmer ancestry, which is common.
I myself have a small percentage of East Asian DNA, because I know for a fact that a great-grandfather of mine was a Kipchak. It doesn't bother me, because by the time I'm gonna have a kid, I will probably be able to remove that component through gene therapy and recode it. If I had substantial non-European ancestry, it would've been a different story.

You could be of Mediterranean heritage. If you're overwhelmingly European in your DNA, then you're Aryan since your autosomal DNA matches that of the Proto-Indo-Europeans the most compared with populations outside of Europe.
