But first, you have to view this numbers in proportion to a countries size, wealth and population.

This is true although not to the extent that you'd think. Also, the government subsidizes a lot of things, so 600 euros here can pay for rent, and get you a modest living every month. No luxuries, and it's more like minimum wage. But I've been there and it's not that bad.

The same can be said here as well. To a greater extent even. The only time I've ever seen refuges is in public transport in Athens, but since I don't live in Athens I couldn't care less desu.
Sure I wouldn't want my country being overrun with rapefugees but that simply aint happening. There just aren't enough of them here, cause there are no gibs for them. No stories of rapes or shit. In fact, crime of all sorts is almost unheard of here except from some Albanian gangs.
