Fine I take that back it was too blunt. However, tips are too stressful for both parties. My mother used to work in a tipping environment and it was a huge source of stress for her during work because she always had to calculate if these people will tip well or not, and be pissed off if they only tip $2 or even nothing. It is also stressful for the customers too.
The business should include the tip in the salary like they do in many European countries and Asian city states (HK, Singapore, Macau, etc)
