Having lived in Pasadena the last 8 years, I have noticed a steep decline. It used to be a lot of the good parts of socal without the bad. Well the 110 traffic seems to get more and more fucked at weirder hours. Mexicans have TAKEN OVER old town. It used to be a white hang out, it's not that different than downtown or any other shit hole now. My rent has sky rocketed. If everyone in the city just stopped paying their parking tickets, the courts would get jammed up and city revenue would drop like a rock. The city would have to make tickets more reasonably priced so that people would actually pay them. The simplest act of protest (not doing anything) cause real action that would benefit millions of people.
