I played WoW from near the launch of WoTLK to the last few days of Cata. Stopped playing because I was burned out and wanted nothing to do with mists of the pandas. I had a ton of fun though, more fun than I've ever had in any gaming experience. I was in a top raiding guild on a low-med pop server, we were always trading 1st-3rd on server for kills and shit.
I did start playing again in WOD. Leveled a couple of my chars to 100 but I got tired of it and stopped after 3 months. The game is so faceroll now. Rotations are easy. All healers have the same shit so there is no specialization.

By the end of BC the game had already amassed 11 million subs. During Wrath it only gained an extra 1.5 million subs. The subs only 'peaked' during Wrath. The vast majority of subs came during Vanilla and BC.

My little brother always got told how to think by dad; you know, didn't really give him options.
Stuff like "School isn't important, you'll do the trade I do" and "He's like me, he's not good with the books but he can work an engine" Retard tier projection shit and as a result the kid would repeat that stuff and not really engage with shit.
One day I was chatting with him while he was playing and he said "I really like the quest text, it makes me read. There's stories in the quests and I get them." I said "I know you get it" He went on "It's not just a blob of words, I can see. I haven't read so much before and I like it. You go to one guy and he says something and then you go to the next guy and he says something that goes with it and it actually makes sense to me and it's fun."

How is Legion looking? I quit about 2mths into WoD. I have a 100 DK and warrior and then the rest of the classes minus monk at lvl90. I tried to sell it after I got bored of the game, but accounts dont sell like Everquest accounts though. I have some rare mounts from BC pvp and Wrath raiding, my 10 character account with no toons below lvl90 wont even fetch $100. I sold my friends epic wizard for him in EQ back in 2001 for fucking $900.
