How do I profit from such an occurance? When do I buy?
So glad I liquidated all my stock holdings two weeks ago. The stock market has been a good long term investment but it's too gamed now. Automated trading is squeezing most of the profits out of the market. I'm going with mostly land as long term investments now. Difficult to liquid quickly but it does have intrinsic value.

It's the only thing worth buying, since everything else will sink. Oil, euro, USD, stocks. I wouldn't buy gold if I was sure there is a currency or an index that won't tank, but gold is the safest bet for now.
