Donald Trump may be doing well in polls south of the border, but a new survey suggests most Canadians are turned off by his racist rhetoric.
"I don't think anybody in Canada or around the world thinks I have anything supportive to say, or anything but condemnation, for Donald Trump," Prime Minister Justin Trudeau quipped during an interview with CTV Sunday.
A Nanos Research survey found that more than two-thirds (68%) of Canadians strongly disapproved of Donald Trump's proposed Muslim ban, and another 10 per cent were “somewhat uncomfortable".
A poll from the Angus Reid Institute shows 62 percent of people in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal want the Trump name forcibly removed from towers in Toronto and Vancouver.
