I've been having a chuckle at this Chicago police shooting story because of how its being reported.
The press is slow-rolling the story because they dont know yet if the officer that shot two blacks was white or not.
They want so badly for it to be a white guy but they either dont know or realize that he may not be white. Just like the Akai Gurley story from last year, they have this whole race baiting story ready to go but are short on actual facts.
I predicted that this race-shooting in Chicago story would drop to the back page if they found out the cop was black.
So in order to keep the story alive until they know who and what the cop is, they keep emphasizing that it was a cop shooting a black pair, and then quickly transitioning into past-year re-caps of stories where the officer was (explicitly mentioned as) white.
In other words, in true liberal newspeak form, the word "officer" is now supposed to automatically mean "white" in your mind just so they can keep the story alive while they determine if the facts will actually fit their narrative.
