As a former brass collared member of the U.S. Army, I can confidently say that the enemy can have all the technology and manpower and resources their hearts desire. It's the use and skill of commanding officers and the training soldiers that determines the outcome of the battle/war.
India has over 500 million able bodied citizens. Europe has roughly 800 million able bodied citizens (excluding Russia). Africa has roughly 600 million able bodied citizens. You combine these numbers with the other few-hundred million people in the world (besides blue) and you have a very formidable foe.
An then, add in technology these green countries can provide. The U.S. may have kickass toys, but every form of technology has a flaw and can be worked around.
And then add in all the resources and economic power these green countries have. Africa, Europe, and South America are your primary resource providers. The middle east and west Europe are you primary money providers.

The problem with this scenario is movement. The US, China, and Russia have the world's largest, most advanced navies, the world's largest, most advanced air forces, and overall the world's largest, most advanced militaries. They're literally the top three nations in the world in just about every category. Day one of the war, Green would have absolute air and sea superiority. That matters because Green's only hope is moving around resources.
The US has the advantage of being geographically large, flanked by oceans to the East and West, a militarily weak country to the North facing rough terrain along most of the border, and a series of militarily weak countries to the South facing a choke point in central America. Invading the US mainland would require resources getting into South America and Canada. South America faces the problem of Panama: what happens when the US focuses on bombarding anything that moves through Panama? How would Green stop that? Canada is a problem because Chinese and Russian subs could make the journey from Europe costly and the weather could make movement expensive and vulnerable.
Russia has the advantage of being geographically huge and having a climate that makes invading it historically foolish. Europe isn't going to be eager to relive the mistakes of Napoleon and Hitler with an invasion, and Central Asia faces a similar problem. If Russia and China can make Mongolia and Kazakstan the focus of the battle, team Green begins to have a very serious problem with actually getting to anything worth fighting over.
China has a billion people and only one serious competitor in the region when it comes to manpower. The likelihood that Japan, the Koreas, and South East Asia wouldn't quickly fall is pretty low.
