I want to start a colony on the plot of land i bought last summer. and i want to do it with "like minded" persons. Last summer i bought ~220 acres of land 35 miles north of Bangor, Maine which im using for hunting atm. Right now im also making a clearing of 100x100 meters in the forest and im pretty much done.
I know people have been making threads about this before on pol, so are there anyone who saved info about it? cant find any the the archives but im sure they are there.
Next spring i wanna move over there and in the end live there with 9 other people (as a start).
The places got water (river), septic tank and power through solar cells and generator atm.

electrican carpenter and plumber are a must have if your starting from scratch. form work brick laying painting/rendering can be done by everyone. So i think you should find fellow red pills with trade experience and the rest you can fill with professionals = utopian society

It costs fairly little. Obviously no surrounding material is going to stand up to water but plastic containers and pipes are not hard to acquire. OP says they've got solar and access to a river so we've already got pretty much everything we couldn't just buy from a store.
Temperature controls and some chemicals we'd need to get our hands on are an issue, but they become less of an issue with larger bodies of water and greenhouses. We might be able to use local fish for the system, but depending on what they are we might not be able to grow food for them so who knows.
There are some unknowns but this is not an expensive or difficult endeavor.
