Death Wish (1974) is the closest I can think of.
The first two are the best, the rest are enjoyable but get progressively more and more cheesy (the 80's happened.)

There's some great nig degradation in Blazzing Sadles too. I love the part where the nig rides into quick sand on his horse. The white dudes then panic and throw a rope in, pulling out the horse and leaving the dig to die. Classic.
