The immediate response should be that power is situational, not demographical. 4 big guys have physical power over you if they accost you in a dark alley way, the HR whore has power over your employment, the loud SJW with the megaphone has speaking power over you (unless you happen to be an opera singer). If any of these people act in a bigoted manner, it's an ism no matter their gender or race.
