Yes. Arguably not as good as DD, but worth the watch. Plus it sets up Luke Cage if you were intending to watch his series when it comes out.
Be forewarned though the fights are shit compared to DD. Though Kilgrave's sheer fuckery somewhat makes up for that. Season 2 of JJ should be interesting as it setups some stuff for it towards the end.
Also there is a bunch of stuff in JJ that would traditionally be considered SJW material. However it is all done in a way that it very isn't SJW-y. There was only maybe one scene where I cringed from it suddenly feeling like that. But otherwise it is all very human responses to some fucked up shit.
At least watch the first episode. If it ends up interesting you, stick it out for the next few eps when it starts to pick up. And be prepared for some absolutely terrible people that will annoy the fuck out of you, but that is sort of the point.
