I used to have a facebook. It was nice to connect with family across the nation and friends from high school. But i realized "liking" a post from a guy that i went to middle school with isn't the same thing as keeping in touch.

I actually talk to a lot more people from my past now that i don't have a Facebook. I call/text and email people, and it feels much more organic. Before it was more about checking on people's profiles to see if they are happier than me/doing better in life

I go on to look at how retarded most of my friends are. I try to find redeeming qualities about social media like FaceBook but vast majority people post pretentious garbage or act like children. Sometimes I use it to keep in touch with foreign friends and family. But I would live just fine without it.

Facebook serves some purpose. I do use it to keep in contact with close friends that have moved away. I keep my friends list small though, no more than fifty people.
Other than that, it's just a platform which I use to spread Trumpmania to the masses.

I've never had a facebook. Bad experience on myspace proved to me that there was nothing social about 'social networking'. When I wanna shitpost online I just come here. My family and friends are in my life so there is literally no need for facebook to remain in contact anyway.

I like instagram. I especially liked it when it was square format only. I know it was mostly food pics and selfies but for people who bus shared normal photos it really got them thinking about composition and angles since you didn't have your cinema-tier viewing angle to keep you lazy.
