the malls and book stores were bigger, toy stores had things ive never seen in Canada. They had better candy and food. Even television was better because they had cartoons that would never air in Canada. I've been to Michigan over a 20 times and never actually saw a black person or can't remember. Most of the things they say about US in Canada isn't actually true, it all stems from the anti US propaganda you hear from the teachers at school, and the fact that most Canadians are sheltered and don't know much about anything outside Canada.
