1: stop browsing /pol/ at least 2 hours before bedtime.
2: install a screen shader on your phone and computer, it filters blue light. Blue light keeps your body awake.
3: dont work or work on school 2 hours before bedtime.
4: when you wake up in the morning, dont stay in bed, get up.
5: alcohol and pot might make it easy to fall asleep, but have a bad effect on sleep quality, so dont use those.
6: read a book instead of watching tv
7: excersize a bit more during the day
If this doesn't help, look up mindfullnes. It may seem like some weird kung fu master shakra bullshit, but the positive efffects are proven.
