Who's got the best special forces?

I don't think anyone can really compare to the Gurkhas.

Though our commandos are pretty efficient at removing kebab from the local jihad or two.

Though our commando training camp did robbed by a Malay with a screwdriver once

The Gurkhas are nice guys, I had 3 of them in my platoon during my medic course.

They were polite, humble, incredibly fit, and helped everyone out.
>>
>>57259356
I've heard that too, every nepalese person I've met is really nice actually.

I've also heard that Gurkhas are terrifying in actual combat.

I agree with gurkhas. Incredibly loyal, even after all the shit we gave them. They guarded my school in Singapore after the Bali bombings. Much respect for them

SBS, SAS, CIA SAD/SOG. GRU Spetsnaz kill things well too. Lots of nations feature very capable special forces though, Polish JW GROM, Swedish SOG, list goes on.

The US has an advantage in the sense that they have a boatload of very capable special forces, such as MARSOC, SOG/SAD, Seals, Green Berets along with other units.

Seriously though, CIA SAD & SOG are fucking cool
>>
>>57258988
We don't know. All faggots usually do is to compare their tests, not results (Which is really what we are asking about). But usually people like to line the big countries and honorably mentions from Hollywood up and compare those. So basically, we don't know.
>>
Probably SAS then some US special forces

I don't know mate, but I can tell you who has the worst.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit_777

>"In 1985, Task Force 777 was dispatched again to deal with a hijacking, this time to Malta. An Egypt Air Boeing 737 (EgyptAir Flight 648) had landed in Luqa Airport under the control of Abu Nidal faction terrorists, purportedly as retaliation for Egypt's failure to protect the terrorists that had hijacked the MS Achille Lauro earlier that year"

>"Although the operation was planned more carefully this time, the TF 777 operators committed several mistakes that would eventually prove fatal to many of the hostages.[5] As explosives were detonated to attempt to blow a hole on the top of the airframe, the explosion ripped through the cabin area, immediately killing 20 passengers.[6] Using the same hole, the operators gained entry to the plane but in the confusion opened fire indiscriminately and killed and injured more passengers. In the ensuing chaos, passengers that managed to flee the plane were then gunned down by snipers in positions around the airport who mistook them for terrorists attempting to escape. The total number of passengers killed was 57, out of 88 total.[7]"

>>57264915
Singapore Commandos had the exact same situation and it took them less than 30 seconds with 0 casualties.
>>
>>57264522
They see a fuckton of action, sure. But it isn't specialized combat, and they're recruiting 17 year old kids right now. It's just a unit of guys who like combat a lot.
>>
>>57265043
it is specialized combat. who do you think is called when delta or DEVGRU get into shit? the rangers have to come and bail them out.

Historically speaking, its the SAS. But there are likely hundreds if not thousands of Ops that have took place all over the world by every nations spec ops without public knowledge so it's hard to say. That being said I'm fairly sure 80% of western nations at least special forces training is based on or some variant of SAS training

I'm not saying they're the best but what about Joint Task Force 2?

They're pretty spooky, almost all information about them is classified and parliament doesn't know what there up too most of the time.

One Gurkha needed to go confirm a kill in Afghanistan and didn't have a camera so chopped off the guy's head and brought it back to base lmfao.

UK army ended up going full kek mode and court martialled him I think.

Were called Centra Spike in Columbia, pretty much responsible for the death of Pablo Escobar.
>>
>>57258988

The guards always score higher that everybother infantry unit. I love the little fellas but they arent that specisl. Sas and sbs are the best, obviously.
>>
>>57263119

Sbs are just sas with additional commando training. The sas also have internal role training too so i rate them as equals.
