They probably would have to get a similar camera, recreate/construct at least part of the original image and take a picture of that at a similar enough angle with a new object in front of it (naked dude, skinny from depression famish or something). Print out the new fake picture, cut it out and paste it on a copy of original jew pic. Take a pic of new "hand made" photoshop.
That would be my guess if they really shopped it
