I think anything that impairs judgement would increase your risk of an accident. My main point is that the justice system protects marijuana smokers because police need a specific warrant to get the tests for being under the influence of marijuana, which is why I conclude people believe its safer than alcohol.
The thing about nitrosamines is that they exist in the tobacco to begin with, which is why smokeless versions can still give you cancer.
