Well it's the same model used by the US military. It has some additional shit to make it milspec... Mainly a heavy barrel. Also it has dual extractors so shells eject reliably, I'm not sure if the regular 590 does as well. You would still do well with a 590 if you wanted to save some money.
Of course there are better hunting shotguns, but this one is comparably very cheap and extremely reliable. Makes s great home defense gun too.
Also check out the Remington 870. It's s great fun as well, but feed ramp annoys me. It's bound to take some of your skin if you're not paying attention while loading.

The only enforcement is through the courts and congress. When the president, a simple majority of the supreme court, and a minority of congress sufficient to block the supermajority needed to impeach are together, they can do whatever they please and separation of powers be damned.
The president can use executive authority to direct the working government to do whatever he wants. The supreme court can "interpret" the law to mean whatever it wants. Only impeachment can stop them, and it can't proceed without a certain supermajority. Right now, the left has absolute control over the USA.
