It's true, but its not just for black men, it's for all men.
I believe it's not a conspiracy, but just a general trend, in music specifically. I mean, look at Glam Rock from the 70s and 80s. Look at emo metal from the mid-2000s. That's just continued into black music and the general white teenager music as well. Most young men either listen to rap or alt rock, which are growing more and more effeminate. Alt rock especially.
