I don't thik ISIS realises that the only reason the US suffered these problems in Afghanistan was due to the insurgency. When the Taliban had full control of Afghanistan the US and coalition forces tore them apart in conventional warfare. If ISIS has such a grip on parts of Iraq and Syria, as listed in the video, and the US does put boots on the ground, ISIS has no chance.
