It would be like the U.S. now, even with Whites, Blacks, and Hispanics living together for countless generations now, each group still has its own culture and prefered politics. It's not hard to see that Whites tend to vote Republican while Blacks and Hispanics vote democratic. Well, just because a person is Black, White, Hispanic does not make them an undesirable, but homogenous societies do work better than heterogeneous societies. The problem, as I stated before, is that we are naturally two different groups of people, people recognize patterns within people, groups, ideals, and everything else. With these patterns will come difference, and people will naturally take pride and identify with these differences because to one extent or another, they are part of these differences. From there, people will flourish, create more differences in their cultures, and have political interest in what is best for their group, which can split a nation's identity and also their self interest ( what is best for Group A is not always best for Group B, which will cause either or both groups to have to compromise or change politically and/or socially).
What I'm proposing is that we separate all of the races, each have their own territory according to their size. But, whites still having the far majority of the land since we established this country and are the majority of the population.
Each has the basic constitution, but each dictate themselves. We'd still have an armed forces together and also our own territorial millita.

Allow each state to fully dictate itself, and allow majority will (state-wise) control the federal government (if 37 states think that all of the U.S. needs Human Right X, then the federal government steps in and makes it mandatory since it's state majority rule). This could work too, but we would have to set it up where each state can choose individually if it wants to be homogenous or heterogeneous, without state majority rule infringing that state's right to do so.
