I've lived in gated communities before. There are always a couple of shitty families there because US housing laws prohibit discrimination. Plus middle class and upper class blacks still have kids who try to act like ghetto thugs. So you live in a nice gated community and still have to put up with ghetto shit like loud rap music, tags, and destruction of property. They usually don't get into actual physical violence though sometimes they'll make friends with real ghetto thugs and invite them over which causes shit to start.
