Not necessarily, but as far as teleology goes, the fact that it exists even as a possibility is enough to show that design isn't logically necessary. I'm sure there are other models that achieve the same thing, but it's necessary to say that either the current set of variables are not the only set ever to exist or that they are conveniently random (which is a cop-out).
Also, do you consider it a god under your own definition if there is a design without divinity or providence? Because that's another possibility, of course.

You can posit extra dimensions and universes, but the point made by the poster above is that they have no proof, in fact worse than that, they could NEVER be proven without some kind of 'interdimensional' travel.

An event horizon means that information beyond it is lost to us entirely. We can never have any access to that information without crossing it ourselves and becoming lost to the universe we know (and most likely killed). Modern science has narrowed the explanatory possibility to an incredible degree by looking at the constants at play in the operation of the universe, and their 'fine tuning'. The thing about probabilities is that a certain mathematic impobability can be reached where it would be illogical to assume chance.
Think of it like this:
There is a lottery of 10,000,000,000 balls. 100 are red, the rest are white.
You pick out 100 at random, and they are all red.
What do you assume? That you picked them by chance (perfectly possible), or that the lottery was rigged? Okay, well, it could have been a fluke. People do win lotteries with odds like that, right? But now assume you play that same lottery 100,000 times and get the same result. Now it becomes ridiculous to assume chance. It is illogical, even though it is possible.
Now, here's the cool part. The number of vital constants in the universe and their specificity and range would give you odds far worse than those of the 100 red balls in a 10,000,000,000 ball lottery played 100,000 times.
Even at this point, it is still possible, but we have passed a mathematical area where we would just be stupid to assume chance. Design is much more plausible in this scenario.

That's true, but doesn't apply to the stars that just haven't had their light reach us yet.
When you say that black holes are misinterpreted, do you mean by physicists? The evidence for the existence of black holes started with Einstein's relativity, not with observations of absent light, and if I understand you right you're saying otherwise. Also maybe worth mentioning that there is no single event horizon, it's a general concept and every black hole is supposed to have its own.
