Focus on what your personnal objectives can be. Learn how you may achieve them, don't make it an immediate thing you want to get. Give you some time, but sort it out.
Learn how to make small talks. Speak about the weather, even with this ugly bitch that has no friends at work. Don't think you will get fine bitches and a high paid work in 2 months, because you won't. Use the social interactions that are immediately available to train. You'll probably find it extremely boring, and consider people around you as mostly stupid, keep in mind that you are an autist too in the fine art of having social interactions.
At one point you'll find out that the path you had will make it very difficult to be optimistic and good to others. You will have to decide to be a drone in order to have a normal life, wich is not an easy thing.
Over some years, you'll find that your life is slowly looking like a normal life, with less joy in it. Then, you will be able to get back to /pol/ and see how you changed. Don't stay on /pol/, and never talk seriously here, just troll the childish faggots you'll find and have a laugh before coming back to your flat and sad but normal life.
It is not easy, but possible. Deciding to be a stupid drone is degrading, but you'll get normal relationships again (if you're not, by nature, an absolute asshole of course).
