Ok lets say there is an attack, its confirmed ISIS, kills 14 people via suicide vest, injures 27. 2 other attacks were prevented by police, no injures or death except the 2 ISIS guys. Elsewhere, FBI and local LE bust 2 locations for planning an attack and confiscate some vests and rifles and arrest 4 men and a woman.
What happens?
Worst case, 350 people die in a series of shootings and suicide bombings including some LE and like 25 kids. ISIS confirmed.

In either scenario, lets say some of them were refugees but ones that came like 2 years ago and not the recent ones we never got save for the 1000 in New Orleans a week ago
