But bar that, minors, people below 21 shouldn't be screwing with cannabis. The only danger it poses to anyone is using it a lot as a kid. Your brain doesn't... bounce back from it as strongly.

All drugs should be legalised, but taxed. Not too much, but just a little. At release, many people will want to go try it, right? You will easily be able to get a large sum of money from sales. Death rates for drugs like heroin would decrease because people would be able to get help for rehab.
