Not as much as some. My employer now pays about $250/mo more for my health care. My personal contribution only increased by about $20/mo. Single folk with no family coverage got off easy. My married co-workers got hit with a $400/mo increase, tho. I never bothered to look up the accounting side to see how much extra their policy cost the business, but I'm sure it's considerable.
My insurance coverage is worse now than it was when I started as a part-timer eight years ago. Part-timers don't even get insurance any more. It was dropped. Too expensive.
Our insurance group reps all put in bids that fucked us. We took the one that fucked us the least hard, and it was still terrible.
I have actual poorfag friends who were absolutely fucked by it. They were getting all of their medical care for free through various poorfag charities. They closed down because "Obama is going to pay for it." Well, that never happened. The cheapest plan on the Exchange was more money than their mortgage. They couldn't afford that shit. They went about a year-and-a-half worried because they had no insurance and absolutely no fallback for general care outside of the ER.
Eventually, once the charities figured out how much the poor got fucked the opened up again, and he's back to getting better health care than I pay for for free. So they're good now, and I'm in the middle of a bankruptcy over a $60,000 surgical bill that some insurance kikes are refusing to pay.

if you have to have insurance go through private company not on the exchanges, you will have to pay the ~700 "fee" for not having obamacare but they can only take that you of your tax return, so as long as you do your taxes so you don't get a return (i.e. so you have to pay in a little instead) then you dont have to worry.
doing your taxes so you get a return is bad anyway because your basically giving the govmt an interest free loan and by the time you get your return its worth less due to inflation.
