That may be the case as of last year, but Germany's average is gonna take a huge nosedive with all the subhumans they let in. The US will go down too, but not quite as drastically, because second and third generation mexicans are usually pretty educated, though they start at a lower poont than whites because they are brown.

China has an average of around 100. There are highly competitive city states with high IQ but that would be like using Cambridge, Massachusetts as the metric for the United States. But since IQ can be improved by as much as 20 points with practice and education I don't think it is a very accurate measure of intelligence.
