As far as the warnings go, turkey can say they sent them and may have even recorded it, the surviving pilot said he was never warned, the truth is on the black box as its done on a universal frequency. The pilot was shot at by Turkmen which is a war crime depending on the Hague and Geneva convention stuff, however the Turkmens video that was released with the body they were saying he is a hostage and not to touch the body.
