Your undergrad research will be done when you graduate, I don't know anyone who continued any research project from undergrad to graduate and especially not if switching schools. Learn what you can from it as a physicist but don't think you're married to neutrinos or whatever. What happens is you'll take your grad classes for a couple of years during which you'll become a competent physicist and then pick up a new and related problem because you're probably still interested in that subfield. Also Ph.D. is for suckers, seriously consider that you won't be done with it until you're almost 30.

Work that cs minor into some type of programming job or anything at all with tech. Places will hire physicists, but you aren't going to be doing physics and that minor is going to help as leverage for the actual position over anyone else who has no CS background. What happens is that actual CS guys get hired to do dev for real and then you can be the on the fly fix problems guy. If you can stick for another couple of years of school a masters degree is a good idea because it really separates out the new normal population from people who are exceptional, but it is of course hard.
