havent picked up on the fact that their ideology is a shit sandwich designed by billionaires to keep them perpetually poor.
>>
Honestly of I could i would.
Yea its funny to make fun of them for still being dependant on mom/dad.
We will always have that. But you know you are a bit jealous.

I could save so much fucking money if I had this as an option.

What we should be pissed about is the lowlife faggots who do nothing with it. Save up and get a house.

But no. Most just do fuck all and die alone.
>>
Saving mad dosh so I can do what the fuck I want. Might start a business, might buy a house. Idk

What has changed in the last 30~40 years that suddenly made it unacceptable to have multi-generational homes?
>>
>>56742088
you know what
>>
dunno, i gtfo'd exactly at 18

anyway old families used to live together as communities 50-100 years ago. that's not the problem.

the problem is that our grandparents sold our values to the jews for the beeg munnay machine that is progress, so our parents came out weak willed and hippieish.

we're the second (or third) generation of useless soft fags, born in apathy and raised by tv and social media drama as the only conflict in our squalid lives.

What bank in their right mind would give you a loan for that?

Why can't I just stay home and go to university at the same time?

Low salaries and high costs of housing in Serbia. Also, I'm still working towards my Masters in Computer Science, hopefully I'll be able to afford renting some OK-ish place in the next couple of years.

It's always been the same, except our economy is fucked now that the newer generations are picking up the scraps.

>>56740135
" moving out at 18" is an anomoly and was never possible except for he mid-late 20th century

All the way up to 1960 most people couldn't afford there own home until much later in life if at all

He artificial credit/debt bubble (that has been collapsing since 08). Finally brought that artificial wealth back to reality

Young home ownership is an anomoly not multi-generational households

Because the kind of job you can get with a high school diploma rarely pays enough to be self-supporting in your own home.

Unless you're a university student, moving out at 18 is a financially dangerous move and can easily lead to bankruptcy or even homelessness if things go badly.

You pushed minimum wage without understanding how that would fucking fuck it all up, you pushed income tax without understanding how that would fuck it all up, and then you fucking sit here and can't stand to know how wrong you are and how dumb you are, so you fucking go and blame the right on it. You're a victim complex having dumbass, and so is your entire fucking party. Fuck you. Its quite rare to see someone living on their own. I know lots of people on their 30 living with their parents. Im 22 soon and also with parents and my bros here too.

OP doesn't realize for most of human history makes lived with their family until they were married and then began a family of their own.

This whole "Moved out with my friends and work" shit has barely been around 50 years.

Living with your parents until you get married isn't degenerate at all

(For the record I live with my wife but would be totally okay if my son or daughter lived with us until they got married)

Simply put, I can find an apartment with two or three other room mates, eat little, and live in squalor and work as much as I can when I'm not in class to be able to afford this. Or I can live at home, chip my mom some money every month to pay my share of bills/groceries and live in good conditions. It's a no-brainer.

It gets even worse when you take inflation into account, because not only is the money worth less, but prices have also increased in a completely disproportionate manner. Honestly, get bent. I hate it when people who don't know shit bring up "inflation" like they're trying to sound smart. The system right now is rigged to siphon your hard earned money, with interest, for the rest of your natural life

Live with my parents when going to college, graduate, and save up enough money to buy a house.

The pussy might have stopped flowing in those early college/postgrad years, but my cash income flow did not. Now I can have best of both worlds. Moving out prematurely is a shitty financial risk that I wasn't willing to take after seeing it not work out for 80% of my friends. I don't regret my decision, and the cost of a few years of independence was well worth the trade IMO.
>>
>>56740135
I'm 43. Came of age in early 90s. Back then if you were over 18 and not in school, you moved the fuck out. there was still a sense of pride in being a man. That has gone from murka today. Now on the other hand, the90s was a different economy, different job market. You could save up 1k, put it in a tech stock, and have about 7 or 8 in a year. If you didn't like your boss, float a resume and have another job in a week. I do telecom cabling. Fiber, etc. back then if you could hold a pair of snips correctly and could spell "telephone", you had a job. Young men today ain't really got a chance. Hell, I have a 20yr resume that got me an easy 25 to 35 an hr 7 or 8 years ago, and I had to take a $15 an hr cat6 job(same job for the same pay I had in 2000) this year. It's fucking hard out there. Hate it for you guys. My boy will be 18 in 4 years and bet your ass he's gonna pack his shit. Not cause I don't love him, but sooner he gets out there and gets his ass kicked by the world, sooner he learns to tale it in stride and fight back in the war for resources that we fight every day we put our boots on. He's gonna have it a whole lot rougher than I did. Keeps me up at night worrying.
