3: GDP is calculated by the total price of final goods and services that are produced in a country + government purchases + exports - imports. Having to dend for millions of unskilled migrants means a hike in goverment expenditure, and thus makes GDP higher.
4: migrants will always work cheaper than locals, this means higher profit, and more money that can be used to expand production, production is increased this way. At the same time it results in lower wages and fewer jobs for locals.

Go ahead and make a measure of production that excludes government purchases (there have been a few economists who have proposed such a measure). It doesn't matter. Economists will still tell you that production will increase if you adopt free migration.
