I mean like even in Poland we have trams, buses, even a fucking metro, yet still it is concidered a 3rd country.

Plus I think that a comparison between India and Poland cannot be justified. Poland being a country of many entrepreneurial personalities and inventors and India where education till very recently was restricted to a certain class, in addition to being already overburden with a humongous population.

Well no country is perfect. Its just that some countries have worked hard to make their lands livable. Other countries have been battling several challenges with an incompetent leadership.
