The referendum will, but the result is up in the air. Currently, after the paris attacks the country has been leaning slightly towards a Leave as shown by newspaper polls. I think the most recent was by the Independent, which is a pretty SJW newspaper and showed a 52% Leave.
We don't know exactly when the referendum will happen, but it may be summer 2016 or at least before the end of 2017.
Come the new year I'm going to start volunteering for as many Leave campaigns as possible so I can dump leaflets around my neighborhood. There's a surprising amount of Leave campaigns that cropped up as soon as the news of the referendum came up, and Stay campaigns have yet to surface. I'll be encouraging bongs on here and elsewhere to sign up and start doing some good old fashioned activism.
