There is however a tendency to associate traits like psychopathy and sadism with business people - in large part because of left-wingers spreading that meme.
In reality:
1) there is no reason this should be restricted to business people. In fact, if someone is convinced that businesses come together to shut out people like themselves, they are more likely to avoid business and go into politics instead.
2) we tend to associate cruelty, sadism and psychopathy with acts like murder and rape. That is wrong. These terms simply describe tendencies, not goals in themselves. So a psychopath could get their kicks by raping someone - but could also not do it.
So the question is:
where are the psychopaths in politics whose primary desire is not to rape and murder?
When are they spoken about?
I'm pretty convinced that top politicians in Norway are pretty much all psychopaths. That's from how easy they lie. Lying extremely easily is a trait of psychopathy.
