Collard greens are delicious as fuck. When I studied in the U.S., I lived with a wealthy white family outside of Atlanta. Thanksgiving dinner was awesome. In addition to the typical Thanksgiving staples, like turkey and cranberry sauce, southerners add cornbread, butterbeans and ham, collard greens, okra, and a shit-ton of different desserts.
