They're lying if they claim ALL of that armor can stop 7.62x39 or 5.45x39. More than likely they just mean it incorporates some ballistic plates rated at NIJ level 3/4, the silly shoulder armor is there for shrapnel protection and to stop handgun rounds.
To make matters worse theres a good chance the ammo terrorists would be able to get is old as fuck API since the soviets made so much of that shit. Better hope they went with ceramic for those plates, because UHMWPE/Steel alone isn't gonna cut it for this sort of use.

The Helmet in the picture looks more like the NVA M56 Helmets. they were a design the Wehrmacht came up at the End of WW2 called M45 but it never saw action.
