There is no "End game" for these groups. They exist solely on the idea that the group they're representing is marginalized and oppressed within current society. They will continue to create a constant stream of new 'aggressions' and 'systematic oppressions' in order to justify their own existence.
People within these groups are making a living by being nothing more than radicalized red herring creators. Same goes for nearly any current movement in society today. People are making too much money and gaining too much status to let the ride end, even at the point of complete negation.
To put it simply, there is too much power and money is being a professional victim and such movements cater to the people who otherwise would need to blame themselves for their own failures.

In all probability there is no actual end game for this group. This is also not the only group that falls under the definition of a massive and aimless movement. There are plenty of victim movements out there, and they are all part of a bubbling mass most probably leading to a culture war, or at least a culture shift. Here's realistically what will happen.

Ok, so it's easy to hate on haters, so in the spirit of education what will this actually mean? It will mean that society has decided to analyze its value system collectively. Equality is something that most people believe in, but if you ask somebody what it means you will get widely varied answers. Morality is subjective after all, and as a society we will either decide objective standards to evaluate our actions by or we will crumble. It's really that simple, you don't have to look very far back or forward to see it.
Also in the spirit of education, I don't think it's entirely victim cultures fault that they have the ideas they do. I think we all saw this coming when we started raising our children to believe that they are special snowflakes who can do no wrong and are always right no matter what. What will happen when that child grows up weak, never having faced adversity? That person would feel victimized by normal life in western culture, of fucking course they would, and without any real skills all they have is outrage.
