Its sponsored by greats as IMF/Worldbank, Energy Sector and transportation corps. The latter of two who have most to lose by climate reform.
Meanwhile worldbank has put out a belief that the migrants are climate refugees because of a drought in the middle east.
I personally believe they're going to shill for dealing with current and all future refugees as a response to climate change at this conference.
