not really. in the god delusion he lists a scale of 1-7 (i think) where 1 is something like "i am absolutely certain that there is a god" and 7 is something like "i am absolutely certain there is no god and no possibility of a god". he lists himself as a 6 on the scale because he will admit there is a possibility that there is a god and will say there is a god if there is sufficient evidence of one. that is probably not what most people mean when they say "agnostic".
