Yeah.
Problem with them is
1) The hussites weren't quite as nice people as gommunists would have us believe, and were to a large degree bandits.
2) Being at constant martial law for fifty years REALLY fucks your country up economically. Basically you can start making new fields from scratch at that point.
3) Because nearly every person in the country, grown men especially, had participated in the war, it lost like two thirds population in the process. Once the kingdom was reestablished, the people who would repopulate the empty parts would be mostly of germanic origin. Hence why it's said czechs are germanic slavs.
If you can ignore those problems, of course, you get a period of unmatched martial excellence at the end of which the country literally had to defeat itself in battle after a power dispute, because nobody else could put a dent in. So that's cool to have as a part of your history, but it's also stupid to think you are a gifted warrior because of it, because of the aforementioned reasons.
