Some news agency tweeted a developing story about some tragedy, this gentleman responded with "K...keep me posted"
The apparent hilarity stems from the fact that he appears to be of low intelligence, as well as overweight, contributing to his perceived uselessness in the situation, contrary to the fact that the context of his public, personal reply to said news agency suggests he is going to do something about it.
Like other occurrences, it quickly developed memetic like qualities and will be repeated in situations similar to the original with an often sarcastic tone.
