Libertarians value individual freedom and responsibility and view the government as a necessary evil, but an evil none the less.
From a libertarian pov, the most we should do "against" blacks, mex, etc, is just stop subsidizing their shitty parasitic lives. Fortunately, this also rids us of white trash idiots. Concurrently, because it stands to reason that merit becomes the dominant factor in success under such a system, if you truely believe in white supremacy, that Paul *not* being expressly racist is still the best stance.

First of all. Rand is not his father. Rand does support limited social programs. Secondly, what does aid have to do with it? Open borders is national suicide, period. It doesn't much matter if third worlders who come to this country get government assistance. What matters is that they vote socialist. They can't be reached.
And that is the fundamental flaw with libertarianism. It assumes, as the left does, that all people are "equal" and can be converted to their principles. What complete and total nonsense. Actually he isn't for open borders so long as there is a welfare state. I may not agree with the open borders policy but if the welfare state is done away with, which is more important to a Paul, then that issue isn't enough to make me switch to any of the other shitty candidates.

I don't think they are. I think I would generally agree with most of the Republican candidates on most issues, but could find points on which I disagree with all of them.
But Trump's right on trade, foreign policy, immigration, tax policy, and other issues that speak to me. It's a load of campaign promises at this point, but he's specific about things that I can get behind.
He is also very successful, in a way that no other politician is. He's a proven winner. I don't just mean by his wealth. He expertly manipulates the media to give him so much free attention and advertising. Barry Hussein had to spend millions of dollars to do what Trump is getting for nothing.
And he knows deals. He's already shifted policy just by talking about it, without even needing to sit down at the negotiating table, for instance with the Ford plant, and with the CNBC debate's time. That just goes to show how well he truly understands deal making.
I think it's pretty apparent that he would force nations like Iran and Mexico to do what he wants them to do. Putting Carl Icahn in charge of Asian policy also seems pretty shrewd.
He's no Trump but still better than all the other non-Trump GOP candidates.
